Recruitment Policies and Procedures Technically qualified Engineers or Diploma holders with more than 5 Years of field experience are selected as Supervisors for Installation and O & M activities. Every Team has 90% experienced and 10% freshers who are undergoing ON THE JOB TRAINING [OJT]. Once the OJT is completed the candidates are reevaluated with feedback from the Supervisors and other team mates and if found satisfactory he is inducted as a regular team member.

Fresh candidates selected direct from Colleges undergo a written test and Interview. The selection criterion is given below:
a) Engineering Degree Holders 70%
b) Diploma Holders 60%
c) ITI/Polytechnic 50%

Non technical personnel selected for outdoor installation and manual jobs and are not technically qualified are subjected to oral test. They are assessed through Identification of tools, Operational efficiency of crimping tools, Power tools, Awareness skill of Site Installation Procedures, Tower Climbing experience, Knowledge of Safety Devices, Precautions to be observed while climbing Towers and working at heights.

JOB TRAINING

TAll fresher’s and new recruits are allocated to existing team Supervisors for OJT for a month where they are mostly observing daily activities or working under the strict supervision of Supervisors. They are also provided classroom trainings by our Engineers on best practices to be followed while working on sites and the quality standards to be maintained.

INTERNAL TRAININGS

Regular trainings and workshops are conducted by professional trainers and senior employees to update and refine the skills and knowledgebase of all employees.

Performance Based Bonus

    Every engineer is given 15% of his annual salary as annual bonus based on his performance rating which follows criterion like:

  • • -Quality ratings of the BTS installations
  • • -Rating from Peers
  • • -Team Spirit
  • • -Leadership traits
  • • -Exemplary contribution

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • • Installation work for GSM Cellular Infrastructure both indoor and outdoor
  • • Installation of Microwave Hops – intercity and intracity links
  • • Installation & commissioning of entire Radio Access Network equipment/infrastructure
  • • Civil works related to entire telecommunication infrastructure
  • • AMC For BSS Infrastructure (BTS & Microwave equipment)

POST INSTALLATION SERVICES

  • • Commissioning of BTS and Microwave Links
  • • Quality auditing of installed sites
  • • Maintenance of installed BSS system
  • • Radio Network Optimization and expansion support activities
